Well I left with a positive impression; he does provide great value for money for those who can’t find their way around LinkedIn. If you are looking to generate leads or build your personal brand by increasing your profile visibility this workshop will do the trick. He gives you some tools to work with on LinkedIn right away. You’ll find out how to figure peoples’ personalities on LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot with a tool that he mentions and loads of other cool tips. He is interactive, very fast paced at times, so you have to be on your metaphorical toes and yes, he does upsell. The initial offering for INR 499 (+ …. to access recordings for a week after the course) is well worth the money if, as I said, you are really not so up to the mark with your social media marketing skills.

If you’re like me, you probably asked yourself: What’s their secret, and how can I use it in my role as a CSM? #Temu has done a few things remarkably well which I’ve noticed: 1. They understand their audience, they tap into everyday people’s lifestyles, making their products relatable. 2. They stay visible but valuable. While their frequency may feel overwhelming to some, it’s undeniably effective in keeping them top of mind. 3. They deliver a clear value proposition. Affordability, accessibility, & ease of use, their message is crystal clear. So, how can you; a CSMs adopt similar principles? Here are some key strategies YOU can implement: 💡 Understand your customers' actual needs. Don’t just throw features at them; take the time to deeply understand their goals and challenges. Make every interaction tailored and purposeful. 💡 Be “visible” to your customers strategically. Like #Temu’s ads, stay top-of-mind with your customers by checking in regularly. But remember: quality over quantity. Always add value through proactive tips, timely updates, or celebrating their wins. 💡Communicate your value. What makes your product or service indispensable to their success? Don’t let them figure it out on their own, make it easy for them to see the return on their investment in you.
