🌟 Inspired by the ServiceNow Women Code to Win 2025 Fireside Chat! I had an amazing opportunity to attend the Women Code to Win 2025 Fireside Chat on Zoom, where inspiring women leaders like Suneela Pothula,Aashvi Kothari,Prasanthi P. shared their journeys, experiences in tech, and valuable tips on how to crack it in the industry. ✨ What I Learned: 1️⃣ Keep learning: Tech is always changing. Learning new skills and using platforms like ServiceNow can help you create impactful projects. 2️⃣ Face challenges head-on: Failure is part of the process. Every challenge teaches you something new, so keep exploring and growing. 3️⃣ Teamwork is key: Working together brings fresh ideas. Strong, diverse teams can solve tough problems better. At the end, there was an interactive Q&A session where we got the chance to ask our doubts and hear more about overcoming challenges and finding success in tech. The speakers also shared useful tips on balancing academics and competitions, highlighting the value of hands-on practice and learning at your own pace. ServiceNow + Hacktoberfest 2024 Results It's been a huge success this year. We nearly doubled the number of contributions (pull requests) from last year—an 89% increase for a total of 1375 Pull Requests! This is absolutely awesome. Last year, there was only a 40% increase, which is all the more impressive. This number should taper off eventually since forks persist year-to-year, but we still had a 35% increase from last year for a total of 888 forks created. 453 participants (38% increase from 2023) 207 people created pull requests (+43%) 432 people created forks (+36%) 31 people created new issues (+24%) Here's where you can find the top contributors for these - https://lnkd.in/gdaHVDaV I am able to be part of the Top 10% of contributors.
