Work on building your confidence this weekend. Here are 3 things you can do: 1. Give yourself a small but meaningful task to get done over the weekend and stick to it until you complete it. 2. Do something that does not come naturally for you to do. Something that would surprise the people who know you. 3. Take some time to celebrate your past successes. Write them down. Relive the moment of satisfaction.

In 22 days, I’ll be turning 26, and I’ve been reflecting on the lessons from Chapter 25 of my life. For the next 22 days, I’ll share what this chapter has taught me. Day 1: Have emotions but don’t be emotional. Don’t let your emotions control you. Instead, be guided by your convictions, morals, and principles.

“Who are you?” It’s probably one of the most challenging questions to answer. Almost instinctively, we define ourselves by our achievements and titles, but in reality, while they may be impressive, they only describe what we do or have done, not who we are. Who we are is less tangible. We are what we believe. We are how we behave. And perhaps most of all, we are our character. So, who am I? Well... My name is Kerry. As far as who I am, I choose to be a woman of grace, grit and gratitude. Read my last 3 posts to learn more about what that means.

🎯 Do you have that feeling of always striving but never quite getting there?? I want to share something I see in so many of the people I work with (and, to be honest, something I’ve been guilty of myself). If you grew up with high expectations—whether from parents, teachers, or just yourself—you may well have learned to tie your self-worth to achievement. And now, at work, you’re the one who is always focused on hitting every goal, taking on every challenge, and double-checking every last detail. But here’s the kicker: even when you succeed, does it ever really feel like enough? Or do you already have one eye on the next milestone? Frankly, it can be bloody exhausting. The constant need to prove yourself—whether to others or to yourself—can wear you down. And let me tell you, no amount of gold stars or promotions will truly satisfy that hunger. The good news? There’s a way out of this cycle. (And no, it doesn’t mean lowering your standards or giving up your ambition. I promise.) In the next post, I’ll share a bit more on how 💛
