I usually don't like to go on trips but I can never say no to these people and this special place ♥️@nandyal And being a fitness enthusiast and coach, I've learned the value of sticking to a healthy routine,which I know sometimes can be challenging. But here are top 5 wellness tips that I swear by during vacation. Plan ahead: Research local fitness options and hotel gyms before your trip. Bodyweight workouts: Do push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks anywhere, because gym shouldn't always decide your physical movement check. Stay hydrated: Carry a reusable water bottle and drink plenty of water and avoid sugary drinks , specially in the summer. Healthy eating: Balance indulgent meals with lighter options and pack healthy snacks. Mindful rest: Create a comfortable sleep environment and limit screen time before bed. (And if you're a parent of young kids, figuring out WTH you're going to do with those kids while they aren't in school). But this is actually the perfect time to consider what you want for yourself - your body and your health - 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 the big holiday meals. If your goal is to lose weight, then keep that in mind when you're at the big feasts. (And yes, you can still feast, you just might want to feast a little smarter. We'll cover that next week).
