We talk about the elements of EQ that are most helpful for healthcare professionals to have and to work on. And also, what it looks like when we have too much of one thing (often empathy) and not enough of another (often assertiveness). How can we help those frontline workers develop assertiveness to help them avoid burnout? This is an example of a questions that we uncover during these programs. And with that being said, we put together a PDF all around the most important EQ elements for healthcare professionals. If you are interested in receiving a copy, send me a direct message.
