Talking about how to build software at GRO 💻 Last week, Rumle & Thomas had the opportunity to speak at GRO Capital, where they provided a non-technical approach to building scaleable, efficient and user-focused software. They covered topics such as: - Choosing the right tech stack 🧰 - Software architecture and design principles 🔧 - How to build scalable interfaces 🎨 - Trends shaping the future of software development 🔮 The session was a chance to share insights we’ve gained through hands-on experience in software projects across various industries and sizes. Thank you GRO for having us 🌟

A great video by Dan Martell about the top mistakes first-time founders make - he focuses on software but these can be applied outside of that sector. 1. Using freemium 2. Having multiple ideas and not focusing 3. Don't solve a problem - it's not a pain reliever but a vitamin (nice to have) 4. Go wide and don't focus on a niche 5. Have a bad process: Trying to raise money before building a product 6. Take feedback as gospel rather than guidance and find patterns in what multiple people are saying 7. Don't pivot the customer but pivot the product instead Do you have any tips for first-time founders?

What is the issue with software development that founders should know before getting started? It's the old Henry Ford quote... "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses."🏇 Which means that you're going to have to get dirty and do some really uncomfortable work if you want to shape the future. And get this entire conversation with Eric Kubischta, CTO and co-founder of Lucit Technologies, one of the companies leading the way by enabling brands to control their own dynamic digital creatives without compromising on their style of direct, guaranteed buying. https://lnkd.in/g2ZEWnuT
