Achievable goals>>>Conviction>>>Integrity>>>Character Very often, people find it quite formidable to stare at huge monumental goals and they become so overwhelmed by it. It looks so formidable, that attempting to achieve it seems utterly futile, and thus, some give up too early and no longer consider viewing it as a possibility; never mind working and pursuing to achieve it. It is therefore useful that you break this big huge goal into smaller fragments; doable fragments that you can use as your monthly, weekly, and daily objective. This way, your life's goal and purpose do not appear too formidable and unattainable. But the daily fragments of this goal MUST be difficult and challenging enough to test and stretch your present capacity beyond what you are already doing! It is only this way that you begin to really grow. Then, this map and compass become your belief system! Write them down! It is very important that you write them down! Why? Because you need to review and recite it every single day up to the point when you realize that you need to modify or change them.
