We had the opportunity to collaborate with Envictus International Holdings Ltd as part of their ongoing commitment to enhancing sustainability practices through a FY2024 Sustainability Reporting Proposal and Data Templates Briefing. During the session, JRC helped to identify areas for improvement through a detailed gap analysis, aligning their #reporting with industry standards. An actionable implementation plan was also discussed, ensuring Envictus is well-positioned to meet #compliance requirements while strengthening their sustainability reporting processes. Customised data templates were provided and designed specifically for the F&B industry to help streamline #data collection, management, and disclosure. Together, JRC and Envictus explored the relevance of each required #disclosure, focusing on how they address the unique #opportunities and #challenges within the sector in order to support Envictus in achieving its #ESG goals while enhancing transparency and operational efficiency. The session was highly productive, with clear #communication of key indicators and responsibilities assigned to the appropriate teams. Future plans were outlined, and follow-up meetings were scheduled, ensuring ongoing #progress.
