Professor Susan Keller participated in a panel at the Association of American Law School's Annual Meeting in early January. The panel was entitled, "Legislative Attacks on LGBTQ Equality." Professor Keller's talk examined the way that the rhetoric of recent legislation prohibiting participation by transgender women in women's sports teams perpetuates false narratives about gender.
