One year at Brabners 🥳 and my first LinkedIn post in a year! 🙈 This week marks a year since I joined Brabners, and it’s also been a year since I last posted here. What’s the saying… “Time flies when you’re focusing on your clients”? Something like that, anyway… Looking back, I feel incredibly lucky to work in a place that genuinely aligns with my values. I’m the type of person who always wants to understand the “why?” behind things, and it’s been so refreshing to be encouraged to challenge the status quo and lead with curiosity in everything I do. Brabners is a space where pushing for positive change and asking the big questions is not just allowed but celebrated. A huge shoutout to Jonathan Khoo for being an incredible manager and mentor—someone who leads with their values and sets an example of what it means to lead authentically. Jon has encouraged me to forge my own path and to take risks (even though trying new things can be a bit nerve-wracking!). His trust and support have been key in making this journey so fulfilling. With each project, I feel like I’m learning something new while making a tangible difference—and that’s something I’m genuinely proud of.
