How to process conductors 0,08mm2? Manually / Semi-automatically / Automatically? A 0.08mm2 wire is really small.  - If I wanted to process this manually, I'd go crazy - Semi-automatically is possible although it's also not quite easy but with a good Striper-Crimper, it can be done. - Automatically is probably the easiest way. Last week we installed a machine from Wirmec - the AM210. Where our customer has had an automatic from us for several years now and again he was pleased with the result we delivered again. The AM210 is an automatic cut-strip-crimp/tinning machine. The machine is characterized by its accuracy for conductors 0,03-1,5mm2 Other options are also possible:  - CFA with data acquisition - Cameras - Crimp height measurement - Pull test Last but not least, the machine is definitely more price and customer friendly than the big brands and it is made in Europe (Italy). So how do you process your 0.08mm2 wires?
