Dear Whirlpool Corporation, to whom can it be escalated, that in EMEA Whirlpool Hungary is completely neglecting all customers and their problems. Their service ability is extremely poor, the customer care is useless as not providing satisfactory answers in verbal nor in written form. They neglect all EU law for warranty and obligation to secure timely answers for customer's. They even on the negative list of the country's consumer protection agency webpage and finally they left customers withouth their appliances to operate for months. How a company like Whirlpool can allow for a certain company in a specific country to act like that? I guess, this is not your brand promiss. I tried to escalate it but according to hungarian customer care it is only possibly through them, dead end. If I could have one new year wish it would be that an internal corporate investigation will be started for Whirlpool Hungary. Looking forward for any positive to happen in Hungary. By the way, my 1 year old tumble drier is useless since 6months, even after 3 service attempts...

Whirlpool Team - I have a very simple wish for the Holidays! Please fix my fridge which stopped working in July and you or your service provider are unable to provide any reasonable answer on when it will be fixed under warranty. Is this a common problem? Does Whirlpool warranty coverage mean anything?

Extremely disappointed with Whirlpool's product quality and customer service. After 20 years of loyalty to the brand, I regret my decision to trust Whirlpool again. A product that failed within two years and persistent issues that were never properly addressed clearly reflect a decline in both quality and service standards. Even after raising my concerns multiple times, there has been no resolution or acknowledgment. This experience has been frustrating and disheartening.
