Whispr had the pleasure of organising Ishizuka in Residence: Art of Kaiseki Meets Gaggenau Sydney. Over three evenings, guests experienced the art of Kaiseki brought to life by Katsuji Yoshino, Ishizuka’s new Executive Chef. Celebrating the best of Spring, the eight-course menu showcased the integrity of seasonal ingredients whilst balancing flavours and textures.
