Property management is managing real estate on behalf of third parties. We've become like a second landlord to the property, making sure the landlords know their rights and we also have their best interests at heart. We deal with any issues from moving your tenant in, banking, rent checks, dealing with maintenance issues and all around just making sure that the property and the tenancy runs as smoothly as possible.
