3 weeks from initial enquiry to managed event - who said it’s not possible?!? 🤩👏🏼 One of our long standing clients had a last minute change of requirements and decided to run their event in person rather than online…. 3 weeks out from their event date 📆😱 Typically the venue finding and event management process can take anywhere from a couple of months to the best part of a year depending on the client’s lead time and urgency! However in this instance we had to source a venue, book the venue (for 120 guests with accommodation!), find suppliers and organise all the finer logistics in the space of 3 weeks! Keep in mind that most venues require final numbers, dietary requirements and rooming lists 2 weeks out from an event 👀 We were so pleased to be able to make our client’s event possible, even with the short lead time!
