Are you ready to do the inventory with me before the mad rush of September starts? Find some quiet space and close your eyes. Take two or three deep breaths. Ask your body, What do I need right now? Am I well hydrated? Do I exercise regularly? Do I take some time during the day to refocus? Am I eating nutritious food? Do I make time for things that bring me joy? Journal for about 10 mins and find out which area needs attention. After that block yourself some time in your calendar to concentrate on it. Sometimes to make more space for the good stuff we need to get rid of old unhelpful habits. What are you letting go this month that no longer serves you? I have recently realised that although I am cooking reasonably healthy dinners, sometimes my breakfasts and especially lunches are missing the right nutritions. Time to make some changes.

It does get old to eat the same thing everyday. 🍍 Keep it simple. For most, that means a protein, a starch, and a veggie. 🥑 Give yourself grace.
