There are a few things that define the top Producers in our industry but one of them that I see pretty consistently is a defined sales process. Those that have laid out the process that they will take a prospect through have a much higher likelihood of closing at a higher percentage. They can continually tweak the process to improve what is working and remove what is not working. It also allows them to be more efficient with their time and the ability to spend more time with the prospect.
