📌 Shifting our language can create more inclusive and understanding communities! ✅ Instead of labelling individuals as "hard to reach" or "difficult to engage," let's recognise that they may be "underserved," "underrepresented," or they may face "barriers to communication." By shifting our perspective, we acknowledge the systemic issues and barriers that may hinder effective communication and engagement. #Generali launched the 2nd edition of #Generations #Exchange program The success of our first experience, initiated by the GCOO & GOSP DEI Council, motivated us to enlarge the program to all Group Head office functions. Colleagues have been invited to take the opportunity to share knowledge, experience and learn with people from different generations within the company. “Our generational habits often shape our values, mindset and lifestyle. The generations might have a different understanding about what is an effective way to communicate, or how to use technology, or provide education.
