Why a Christmas Dinner Can Help Build Stronger Team Relationships? At Lovage and Rosemary, we believe that food is more than just sustenance – it’s a way to connect, to share, and to create lasting memories. This is especially true during the festive season, when a Christmas dinner can become a catalyst for strengthening bonds within your team. Food, when crafted with care, has the power to bring people together, not only around a table but also emotionally. Sharing a meal is one of the oldest forms of human connection. At your next Christmas gathering, you’re not just indulging in delicious flavours; you’re creating a space where your team can feel a sense of warmth, belonging, and community. A thoughtfully prepared Christmas meal, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, celebrates the beauty of nature’s bounty. It reminds us to slow down, reflect on the year gone by, and appreciate the small, simple moments. These moments are what truly strengthen team relationships – the laughter, the stories, the shared experiences. As we prepare food inspired by the seasons, we invite you to consider how your Christmas dinner can be a time to reconnect. Let the comfort of home-cooked flavours and the richness of tradition spark conversations, foster trust, and deepen your team’s connection. After all, isn’t the best way to celebrate a year of hard work by enjoying something as simple, yet as meaningful, as a shared meal? Let’s make this Christmas one to remember – for your palate, your team, and your future collaborations. #ChristmasDinner #TeamBuilding #Catering #LovageAndRosemary #NatureInspired #StrongerTogether

Thanksgiving: The Magic of Food, Stories, and Connection It’s almost time for my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving. I love the story of the first Thanksgiving, where Pilgrims and Native Americans came together to celebrate a successful harvest over a shared meal. It’s a great example of how food connects us all. My most treasured memories are of my family gathering around a table, sharing stories, enjoying a meal, and each other’s company (for the most part). 😅 Sharing a meal is a wonderful way to foster deep connections with colleagues, friends, and family. In the #tradeshow and event world, food and beverage activations work the same magic. The aromas of spiced pumpkin lattes, freshly baked apple cobbler, and roasted turkey enclosed in a buttery, flakey croissant evoke nostalgia. They draw people in, spark conversations, and make a brand memorable. At Crepes a Latte, we love creating sensory experiences that forge strong connections through shared stories and memorable interactions. This commitment is woven into our company culture and we're thrilled to share it with our clients. This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful to be in an industry that allows me to craft these magical moments of #connection all year, and for the incredible team of employee-owners here at Crepes a Latte. I'm admittedly biased, but we ARE the best and brightest the industry offers 🥰. #thanksgiving #eventprofs #events #experientialhospitality #team #ESOP

As we approach this festive season, I want to take a moment to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and a joyous Coptic Christmas! 🎄🎉 May this time bring warmth, happiness, and togetherness to you and your loved ones. To my fellow chefs and hospitality professionals, I have a special message: While many people gather with their families to celebrate, we often find ourselves in the kitchen, crafting delicious meals and creating memorable moments for others. This work, especially during the holidays, is a profound kind of sacrifice. On the one hand, it’s deeply fulfilling to be part of the joy, to know that our skills bring people together and make their celebrations extra special. On the other hand, it can also mean being away from our own families during these meaningful times. This bittersweet reality of our profession teaches us resilience, empathy, and the true spirit of giving. It’s a reminder of how powerful our role is in shaping human connections. So, here’s to all the chefs, servers, and hospitality workers working through the holidays—your dedication is truly inspiring. You remind us that this profession is not just about food but about making people feel seen, appreciated, and celebrated. Wishing you all a season filled with gratitude and moments of joy, no matter where you’re spending it!
