Do you have an onboarding process on your platform? I don’t mean the typical “enter your email and password” routine. Onboarding goes deeper: It's about aligning your platform’s recommendations with what a player or operator actually wants. And we have extensive experience with B2B clients who plan to start operating. How do I figure out what matters to them? In most B2B cases, this happens along the sales and delivery process, when we simply ask questions about the client's previous cases, problems with the previous platform or a long-term vision of the brand, target segments, expected player experience. The result? Each customer is greeted with an offer and brand setup that truly speaks to them. It has a significant impact on overall business transformation. Why won't we do the same in B2C? Players are faced with hundreds of casino games or sportsbook markets, so decision fatigue and chances of getting lost kick in pretty fast. It’s kind of like trying to pick a movie when you’ve got 50 streaming platforms—your brain checks out. Let’s not allow their attention to drift.
