Unfinished dock positions in spec distribution buildings are a blessing and a curse. A blessing in that an end user can get the exact dock equipment that they need. A curse in that dock equipment continues to give us sticker shock and can chew into a Tenant Improvement Allowance bigtime! Its more important than ever to understand user needs on dock equipment on the front end to ensure you have budgeted correctly or to help find potential savings.
