I’m afraid we don’t offer travel incentives, a boozy culture, power hours, micromanagement, or sweat the assets mentality. So, its not for everyone. Instead, we offer a very clear strategy for growth, investment in AI to maximise outreach, flexible working, unlimited holiday, payments to pensions or investments instead of trips away. Boring really. Oh, and everyone gets equity. Not some alphabety spaghetti share plan, or options scheme, sat behind a ton of debt. Profit share, and capital event participating equity. 📉 In my Friday post (https://lnkd.in/d5zPUgYR), I shared the Open #TechJob trend by TrueUp. Today, I want you to take a close look at the valuations of Notable Tech Companies. Understanding a company's value offers a view of its market worth and potential for future success. Sadly, markets aren't as optimistic about the potential success of so many Wall Street darlings. I, too, made a few bad mistakes by investing in 23andMe and Arrival, which are down respectively by 97% and nearly 100% (bankrupt)! Both companies went public via SPACs - yet another lesson to learn! 🍕 However, the good news is that most companies nowadays are tech companies to some extent, and software is still "eating the world." It's probably time for a closer look! I think it makes sense to dive deep and examine specific verticals! Stay tuned, and have a great week!

Excited to share that I’ve launched a new consulting business, helping startups and tech companies with product strategy, partnership development, go-to-market strategies (including market entry, marketing, and branding), and team building. Earlier this year, I left Block, where I led product, data science, partnerships, and marketing for Bitkey, helping build and launch the product in over 95 countries. Since then, I’ve been working with clients across various industries and stages of growth. For example, I’ve helped a transportation marketplace improve product, risk, and payments operations, and I’m currently advising a leading healthcare provider on payments operations that are critical to life-saving access to women’s medical care.
