Over $100 billion is spent globally on leadership development, but only 65% of organizational leaders say it is having any impact on organizational performance. Closing this effectiveness gap is the challenge all involved in leadership development phase. Over the past seven years, our annual Leadership Survey report shows striking differences between high and low performing organizations in their approach to leadership development. Hello, I'm Michael Leinbach and for the past seven years I have been the primary investigator for the training magazine Leadership Development Survey.
