Key Considerations: • Direct and Dotted Line Reporting: Balancing accountability and collaboration across divisions. • Regional Leadership: Emphasising local management to respect cultural nuances and ensure effective decision-making in diverse countries like Indonesia, Singapore, and others. 📈 Specialised Career Paths: We’re exploring ways to support career advancement within specific divisions, allowing employees to become experts in their fields. Examples: • Sales and Marketing: From Junior Sales Rep to VP of Sales and Marketing. • Operations and Supply Chain: From Warehouse Assistant to VP of Operations. • Remanufacturing and Technical Services: From Junior Engineer to VP of Remanufacturing. • Human Resources: From HR Assistant to VP of Human Resources. 👥 Optimal Span of Control: Balancing effective supervision with managerial capacity is crucial.
