Winslow’s focus on safety has no end date and is embedded in all parts of our business, operations and way of thinking. It’s a journey to seek and deliver constant improvement. In the leadup to the Christmas shutdown period, we launched the 12 Days of Riskmas - our new HSE campaign designed to focus employees’ attention on ensuring our projects continue to remain safe and we are well prepared for the shutdown period ahead. This coincided with Winslow’s Green Christmas campaign which are proactive steps that will help protect the environment during the construction shutdown. Across Winslow Constructors sites, the 12 daily Riskmas topics are highlighted at the Prestart each morning. It’s a daily reminder that safety never stops at Winslow. #Winslow #TheWinslowWay #WinslowConstructors #WinslowInfrastructure #WinslowSafety #civilconstruction #WinslowProductivity #MyFamilyMySafety

🚧👷♂️ It's Construction Safety Week at EPM! 👷♀️🚧 This week we are highlighting the importance of safety in the construction industry. While #essayonpm has a detailed safety policy, serious safety accidents can occur at any time, which is why we encourage our team to go beyond just simply following a safety manual. Safety is a part of our culture where we instill every employee with a mindset to speak up or question any unsafe condition or behavior on any project. #safety #constructionsafetyweek #SeeSomethingSaySomething #personalownership #EPMTeam

Another Day, Another Site Orientation! 🚧✨ We believe that safety knows no boundaries! It's not just our construction workers who need site-specific safety orientations— people on the project and client team should be in the loop if they are stepping foot into a construction zone. Everyone on site needs to understand the unique hazards and protocols to create a safer environment. 🛠️ Remember, a well-informed team is a safe team! Let's prioritize safety for all. 🙌💪 #leanconstruction #safetyfirst #sitesafety #construction #constructionsafety #teamLCS

🚧 It's Construction Safety Week! This week, join us in coming together as an industry to reinforce commitment to job site safety. Safety Week isn't just about raising awareness – it's about fostering a culture where safety is ingrained in everything we do. Join us in spreading the message of safety by sharing our posts to spread the word and advocate for safer practices. At the end of the day, the goal is always for every person to return home safely. Today, the focus is on Driving Personal Ownership. While our industry boasts extensive safety standards, accidents can still happen unless we stay vigilant. Each of us must take greater responsibility for our safety and that of our peers. Remember: if you see something unsafe, own it; if you ignore it, you condone it. Let's prioritize safety!
