If your website (or any piece of tech) is too hard for you to use, that’s NOT on you. It’s on the folks who built it. Ease of use shouldn’t be a bonus. It’s foundational. We hear nonprofiteers all the time blaming themselves for tech that’s tough for them to use. You are not the problem. I’ve said it before, and I’m sure I’ll say it again — the best hammer in the world doesn’t help if it’s too heavy to lift.

Right on! In the end the CMS is just a tool ... how it is employed, the intention and priorities of the team setting it up will make or break how good a solution it is for content authors. People first it seems, yes?
