Inviting you to watch this brief and enlightening TED Talk by Chezare A. Warren, Ph.D. My key takeaway is his definition of false empathy and empathy. I also appreciated his analogy at the beginning of the talk and the way he re-looped that analogy to wrap it up. Let's engage and practice more perspective-taking instead of false empathy.

I love Ted talks and seeing speakers, I have learned more than I ever learned in school from these types of people. A few of my favorites are Malcolm Gladwell Rory Sutherland Simon Sinek Dandapani Are a few that I really enjoy. Who are your favorites? Let's build a list of the greatest modern speakers today.

"When we're not anxious to tell our story and we can be present with someone, that's when the magic happens". "The greatest gift you can give anyone is the gift of your attention". Incredible insights on how to build meaningful rapport with someone quickly and meaningfully. This is one of those rare Ted Talks that 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 changed how I think and act (or at least try to - not perfect at it).
