▶️ About WISH Engineering WISH Engineering — company specializes on installation of home automation systems for private premium-class properties. Over the course of ten years, we have equipped more than 100 estates, undertaking all aspects of the process from design to service. Most companies that develop home automation systems use a template from project to project. As a result, clients receive a formally working system that is not adapted to their lifestyle. A smart home is a flexible software and hardware complex. The same set of equipment can be programmed in different ways, resulting in completely different systems: both will function properly, but one will be user-friendly, while the other will only complicate life. Our company pays special attention to the process of modeling the life style of a client and their family in the home: 1️⃣ Using our proprietary software, we analyze the client's habits, daily routine, hobbies, and other aspects of their lifestyle. 2️⃣ We develop the technicalities of the project on the basis of the data obtained and program engineering systems so that they can accurately anticipate the actions of residents. 3️⃣ That is why our smart home systems make life more comfortable and actually save time, rather than being a large, inconvenient remote control for all systems. home_automation #KNX #smart_home #interior_design #architect #project_management #partnership

#A CALL TO ACTION! SAFETY FIRST!! USING ELECTRICAL BOX!!! There is a huge selection of electrical boxes, varying by size, shape, mounting device, and composition. All of the variable to consider when choosing boxes, size (capacity) usually trumps the others. correctly sized boxes are required by code and makes job easier so as to avoid struggle to fit wires and devices into a space that's too small. However, when all codes and standards are considered during installation; It's high time to consider the engineering material properties of these two boxes by the certified professionals while connecting the wires( hot, neutral and ground) to the switch terminals. In addition to the connection of wires to the terminals; the switch also have 'Backstab or Push-in devices' or spring back wire devices located at the back. It's design for the safety of the household property. why? connecting the hot wire to the screw terminals is at 65% high risk especially when a metallic box is used during the installation. I don't want to believe this has happened in the past thereby using electrical insulation tape to cover the copper screw terminal to prevent contact; the screw gap distance with hot wire create an height to touch the the metallic box in future due to environmental factor compare when it's connected to the push-in device. This absolutely wrong and not professional act. Only the ground cable is allowed to the terminal screw point. In conclusion; the fundamental safety needs to be adhere because both residential and industrial wiring are the bedrock of today innovative technology; without the M&E design and implementation how can home automation work. Thank You.

Have you ever stopped and pondered over how much energy a building's lift system can consume? 🤔 While it might not always be the primary thought, given the complex nature of elevator engineering, it's certainly a crucial one. Research published by Sachs, Nipkow, and Schalcher in the field of energy efficiency highlights that lift systems can gobble up around 5–10% of a building's energy and about 0.5% of an entire country's electricity! Talk about pulling your weight, right? Let's dissect this a bit further. Elevator techiness isn't just about the software that powers it; it entails a whole slew of mechanical dynamics – motors, cables, pulleys, you name it. So when it comes to the energy efficiency of a lift, it's crucially reliant on, well, the lift itself! 🏗️ Now, let's break it down a tad more - if this colossal percentage may seem ambiguous from a consumer standpoint. Why? Because lift installations are akin to those intricately designed model airplanes or delicate metal puzzles - not all of them are made equal, and therefore, the energy metrics won't be either. General numbers often do not effectively capture the complexities within specific installations. So how do we make a difference? It all comes down to the people in the trenches - our frontline representatives. Front Desk Staff! Lift efficiency audits, maintenance procedures that enhance energy savings, and educating users on how small, seemingly insignificant actions can make a big difference, are key! Imagine if the front desk clerk reminded users to avoid overloading the lift, or to use the stairs more often for those piddling ups-and-downs - the composite effect of such actions could lead to considerable energy savings, ameliorating the impact of the elevator's energy suck. 🏢💨 And of course, the role of the Frontend Developer in elevator tech cannot go unacknowledged. With real-time data visualization and interactive, intuitive interface, they can revolutionize the user experience and implicitly influence user behavior for energy optimization. Imagine an elevator ride that shows you exactly how much energy is consumed per trip; an interface that challenges you to minimize that number for bragging rights! 😎 So as frontline warriors, let's not forget this often overlooked piece of the sustainability puzzle. Our 'lift' might just be a little higher than we think! 😉 #EnergyEfficiency #ElevatorTech #Sustainability
