Trust isn’t built in a day—it’s built one thank-you at a time. When a client appreciates you not just once but at multiple moments and in multiple places, it’s more than just gratitude. It’s trust. ❤️ You know that feeling when a client appreciates your work? It’s like a spark of joy. ✨ But when they keep coming back, thanking you at every step and across different milestones—it’s a testament to the real difference you’re making in their journey. It’s proof that you’re not just a service provider. - You’re a problem-solver. - A partner in their growth. - Someone they genuinely value and rely on. These moments remind me why we do what we do: 🔹 To create real impact, not just finish tasks. 🔹 To build relationships that last, not just projects. 🔹 To be a part of our clients' success stories. Here’s what I’ve learned over the years: ✅ Clients won’t remember how fast you delivered. ✅ They’ll remember how well you understood their needs. ✅ They’ll remember how much easier you made their life. To Darren A. Smith 🤝, thank you for your trust and appreciation at every step—it truly means everything. 🙏 And to every client who has trusted us—thank you. To those we’ll partner with in the future—we’re ready to show you what’s possible. 🚀 What’s the most memorable feedback you’ve received in your journey? Let’s celebrate those moments below! 👇

Giving gratitude away isn’t just for the holiday season—it’s a strategy that builds loyalty, pride, and long-lasting connections. Yet, sometimes recognition becomes an afterthought. So, let me ask: who are you grateful for in your business, and when’s the last time you told them? Here are three top priorities to consider: 1. Platinum Clients Who are your star clients—the ones who are easy to work with, bring referrals, and leave glowing testimonials? Recognizing their effort not only builds loyalty but also strengthens the connection to your business. It’s a win-win! 2. Resources & Strategic Partners Your vendors and partners are the unsung heroes who help you meet deadlines, pivot when needed, and make things happen behind the scenes. These people make you look like a rock star, so don’t forget to thank them! 3. Key Employees & Business Partners Who has your back day in and day out? Showing appreciation for those who show up consistently is vital. It’s rare these days, but essential to maintaining the quality of your brand. Remember, what’s rewarded is repeated. And while the 4th quarter may be busy (you know I’m not a fan of the ‘busy’ word), there’s always time to recognize those who help you deliver world-class results. As the year comes to a close, it’s a great time to reflect on the people who’ve supported, collaborated, and worked alongside us. Gratitude is about making others feel valued and appreciated. Here are a few ways to show gratitude before the year ends: 🎉 Celebrate team achievements: Highlight milestones and contributions in a meeting or email. 📝 Write a thank-you note: A handwritten message can go a long way. 💬 Have a one-on-one: Take time personally to acknowledge someone’s efforts. 🎁 Share a small token: A thoughtful gift or card shows appreciation. 💡 Give credit publicly: Recognise someone’s contributions during a meeting or on social media. 🕒 Offer your time: Offer to support a colleague as they wrap up the year. Let’s finish the year strong, by expressing gratitude to those who have impacted our work lives. How do you plan to show your appreciation to your colleagues before the year ends?

Four lessons learnt in four years 💡 As we celebrate our 4th birthday today, we’re reflecting on some key lessons that have guided our success: 🧍♀️Prioritise your team and suppliers: Treat your staff and suppliers like your most valued clients. Celebrate small wins, prioritise mental health, and invest in professional growth. A strong team is the foundation of any thriving business. 🚶♀️Know when to walk away: As a small business, it may feel counterintuitive to turn down work. However, if there’s no mutual respect or a client is making your job unnecessarily difficult, it’s better to part ways. Your team’s worth is undeniable—you hired them for a reason. 👑 Value your worth: In the early days, it’s tempting to take every opportunity - but don’t undersell yourself. Be selective and confident in the value that you bring. 💪 Maintain strong relationships: While it’s not always possible to avoid burning bridges, it’s crucial to nurture the relationships that matter. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and our growth has been fueled by the recommendations of partners, clients, and suppliers. Thank you for being a part of our journey and here’s to what the next four years may bring 💫 Kirsten Samantha Roos | Samantha Thomas | Lavina Naidoo | T.Y Hlangwane

We recently invited our team members to participate in a gratitude survey, and their responses revealed some truly inspiring themes that we believe reflect our company culture and the dedication of our team members. As we share some responses in our Gratitude Gallery this month, we encourage everyone—within and outside our organization—to pause and reflect on the past year. What have been your greatest achievements so far? What lessons have you learned about yourself and others, and how have you put them into practice?

It's funny how changing one word changes an entire conversation. On friday we had our usual 2pm company wide catch up over teams with the whole company. Historically the question is asked around the room "what's your win for the week and what's on for the weekend?" but this week I changed it up while Iain Enticott is on his 7 week leave living his best life and I asked the team "what's something your grateful for this week and what's on for the weekend?" Initially everyone was thrown and not sure how to answer so i jumped in first and talked about how i was grateful for Cara who is our receptionist because this week was madly hectic and she is the first line in the company answering calls which means sometimes people are happy and sometimes not so much and she bears that for everyone and continues to always have a sunny disposition. What happened next was something great to see as we went round the room, instead of the usual win we got deeper and we said things we were grateful for in the company and the people who we work with to make our week better. You could see and feel the shift in room as people opened up and expressed themselves in a different way to what they were used to. One word made a profound difference to the entire conversation. So try it out. Change your words. Ask things in that slightly different way and see what results you get. What are you grateful for this week? #GratitudeAtWork #TeamAppreciation #PositiveWorkplace #CompanyCulture #EmployeeGratitude #WorkplaceWellness #MindfulLeadership #GratefulFriday #TeamConnection #ReflectiveQuestioning
