🚨 *** Band 7 Patient Safety Manager *** 🚨 📲 I am currently recruiting for an interim Band 7 Patient Safety Manager for a large acute trust here in the Midlands 🏥 The Patient Safety Manager 🏥 will be operationally responsible for all aspects of patient safety ⚕️ and incident management 🚨 functions to support the delivery of high-quality, safe care 💙 for all who use the Trust’s services. The post holder 🧑💼 will coordinate and implement the NHS Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) 📋 in conjunction with the Head of Patient Safety and Risk 👩⚕️.
