We are so excited to reconnect with you at the 3rd Annual Healing Retreat ! This year we hold the space with affirming Black wellness practitioners to dive deep on the expansive journey on reproductive health for Black women. At Brunch & Bond: Nourishing Black Women's Health, Sisterhood, & Self-Care we will create a space to: - Heal within the diverse journey of reproductive health, infertility, Black motherhood - Explore the harms of shame impacting Black women's health and healing - Enhance our loving relationships and potential for sisterhood - Build a full life of abundance, freedom and community care that enriches our mental wellness The day will feature therapeutic and healing exercises led by certified Black women therapists, and doctors.
