What can 3 months of guidance and support achieve? 💭 Last week, we had our showcase for the Women Devs SG x TechLadies Mentorship Programme. Over the past three months, our mentees tackled various challenges head on — including navigating career transitions and building personal projects (even without any prior technical experience) under the guidance of their mentors. Seeing how the mentees embraced a growth mindset was nothing short of inspiring!
