Women in Investing Network (WIN) of Philadelphia was teed up for success at our first ever Topgolf event sponsored by Conestoga Capital Advisors, LLC. We are looking for one more sponsor for "Purpose Beyond Circumstance" Women's Conference coming up May 25th, in Grimsby Ontario. The conference will encompass women from all backgrounds, interests, and roles within our community. "Purpose Beyond Circumstance" illustrates that regardless of your background, education, age, or past, no matter what situation life throws at you, you have a purpose, your life matters, and you have what it takes to bounce back. This is going to be an empowering, value-filled conference. As a partner of Purpose Beyond Circumstance, you would receive brand exposure and promotional opportunities, including brand promotion on all social media, and logo placement on marketing materials, banners, and flyers. Product placement, even an opportunity to promote your brand on stage at the event, (depending on level of partnership). You will receive tickets to the event, as well as family discounts on our future conferences and retreats, a write-up in the Toronto Times (depeding on level of partnership) We would be honored to discuss potential sponsorship opportunities and explore how your brand can play a meaningful role in this Women's Empowerment Conference. Please let us know if you would be interested in learning more about our three levels of partnership, or if you have any questions. #purposebeyondcircustance #developinginnerexcellence #youmatter #womenhelpingwomen #Godisgood #promoteyourbrand

This isn’t just a photo. It's a snapshot of change in action. Six years ago, Elizabeth Randazzese Faircloth was part of a panel as the only woman on stage at a major real estate conference. In that pivotal moment, she wasn't just representing herself—she was the voice for all women in our industry, sparking the fire that led us to build the InvestHER Community. At the time, Liz's solo presence highlighted a glaring gap: there were no other women speakers. None. Zero. We started demanding change behind the scenes. We challenged other organizers, pointed out the lack of diversity, and when they said they didn’t know any qualified women, we handed them a list. A list of competent, brilliant women we would stake our reputations on. These weren’t easy conversations, but they were necessary. We are thankful for those who listened and became mindful in their speaker selections. Yet, it was clear: the stage was never big enough for all the deserving women. Attendees needed to hear from a diverse range of voices—voices that spoke to them, represented them, and understood them. That's why we started InvestHER CON. Our journey has been nothing short of amazing, and we're excited to continue making space where it’s needed most. The next chapter unfolds on June 2-4 in Austin, Texas. We're thrilled to host icons like Sallie Krawcheck from Ellevest, Kim Kiyosaki from Rich Dad Company, and 28 other powerful women leading the charge in their fields. VIP tickets are sold out, but there's still a chance to be part of this transformative event. Be part of this moment. Gain the knowledge, skills and support to make confident actions. Get your ticket now at investhercon.com #InvestHERCON #WomenInRealEstate #DiversityInAction #EmpowerHer

I’m leaving the Women Leaders in Sports convention with huge inspiration and motivation! Lots of great reminders and advice from various speakers (more below) and a constant sense of support and collective ambition. I’m looking forward to staying in touch with lots of new friends! Per the convention theme – I want to keep doing more so we reach a time when we are no longer counting how many women are “in the room” when decisions are being made. Thank you to all of the speakers and moderators for giving their time, talent, and insights. Here are just a few of the many gems offered: 🎾 Molly Fletcher – don’t complacently wait at the baseline for the ball but get into the court 🏃🏻♀️ Jill Ellis - when facing a fork in the road “always choose bold” 🤷🏻♀️ Allison Barber. PhD - if you feel dismissed, sometimes it’s not actually about you at all 🌱 Gloria Nevarez - being seen and heard doesn’t have to mean banging the table, but can be as nuanced as subtly planting a seed for an idea to grow 🔎 Cindy DiPietrantonio – have a clear, focused vision but let the details be flexible 👀 Beth Goetz – to provide value, think short term, long term, and around corners 🤝 Andrea Ricketts-Preston – not everyone receives support the same way 👂 Beth Malafa – listen to understand ⚖️ Meredith Scerba – consider what the ‘all’ in “having it all” actually means to you 📸 Lo Myrick – focus is a limited yet renewable resource 📡 Charlie Baker NCAA – your transmitter is no where near as important as your receiver ⭐️ Valorie Burton, MAPP, MCC – how are others’ lives are better for crossing paths with you? 💕 Candace Campbell Jackson – why would anyone deprive themselves of your company? 👎 Bob Beaudine – three reasons you won’t reach a goal 1) you didn’t ask, 2) you asked the wrong person, 3) you were vague in your ask. And my favourite line: 🚌 Julie Haddon – chase your vision like it’s the last bus of the night! Big appreciation to all of the organizers and sponsors, and a special shout out to Loretta Lamar for encouraging me to just register already 😁

Women Lead Change QC Conference is just around the corner! We would LOVE to see you there this year! https://lnkd.in/gU_u8Wir Sign up today to reserve your spot today! Words from our CEO Tiffany O'Donnell In a world that often celebrates individual achievement, there’s an undeniable truth: no one succeeds alone. Whether you’re climbing the corporate ladder, managing a small business, or juggling the demands of work and family, the journey is more meaningful—and sustainable—when you have a support system. The old saying "it takes a village" isn’t just about raising children. For working women, finding a community or "village" is key to thriving both personally and professionally. For many women, the workplace is a constant balancing act. We juggle expectations, career goals, and personal responsibilities that can leave us feeling isolated. This is where finding your village becomes transformative. A strong community—be it made up of friends, mentors, colleagues, or like-minded women—provides the sense of belonging we all need. It’s a place where we can feel safe to be vulnerable, seek advice, or share challenges without fear of judgment. The power of community is not just emotional—it’s practical. Research shows that women who have strong professional networks are more likely to advance in their careers. It’s through these relationships that opportunities arise, doors open, and personal growth happens. These support systems become a wellspring of inspiration. The search for community is not just a matter of comfort—it’s a survival skill. Finding your village can be the key to unlocking your fullest potential. Together, we can inspire, uplift, and remind one another that we are never truly alone. In this fast-paced world, belonging to a community is a reminder of the collective power that exists when women support each other. Whether you attend as an individual or are an organization sending multiple tables of attendees to use as a teambuilding event, the benefits of attendance go beyond just one day of programming. It fosters a deeper connection to your team and provides one more powerful reason for the best and brightest to call your organization “home.” Tiffany O'Donnell CEO, Women Lead Change Mayor of Cedar Rapids
