What an honor to be interviewed at This is It TV’s women’s event! Thank you, Cheldin Rumer, for creating a space where women not only dream but do. Your platform isn’t just about storytelling—it’s about transformation. I’ve faced my share of challenges, from the fear of failure to the battle of balancing ambition with authenticity. But there are two lessons that have kept me moving forward: 1️⃣ Surround yourself with the right people. Find those who have been where you want to go or are on the same journey. The power of community isn’t just in connection—it’s in the elevation it brings. You can’t do it alone, and you don’t have to. 2️⃣ Ask for what you want. It’s simple, but it’s a game-changer. If you don’t speak up, no one will know how to help you. Be bold. Be clear. Own your vision and put it into words. You’ll be surprised at how the world starts to shift in your favor. Here’s to every woman who showed up, opened up, and took one step closer to her goals. We’re just getting started, and the best is yet to come. Let’s keep going after what we want, together. Thank you, Cheldin, for not just giving us the stage—but for inspiring us to own it. 🚀 #WomenSupportingWomen #AskForWhatYouWant #KeepGoing

Take the stage, even if it feels scary. You don’t know who’s watching or who you’re inspiring—keep going. Let me tell you about a few moments I hold onto when it feels like I’m not moving the needle in my business. First, I joined a networking event with no big agenda—just hoping to connect with more Latina women. That one event? It brought me this beautiful review, new amigas, and reminded me exactly why I do what I do. Then, there are those “meh” posts—the ones with five likes and zero comments. But those same posts led to DMs like, “Your advice was EXACTLY what I needed.” Proof that the right people are watching, even when it feels quiet. You may not always see the impact, but it’s happening. 🎤 Take the stage. Show up at the event. Write the post. Someone needs your story, your advice, your perspective. Keep showing up, amiga—the ripple effect is bigger than you think. ✨ What’s one moment where putting yourself out there led to something incredible?

Every time I start up the Zoom for one of our missions: accepted sessions I wonder if anyone will turn up. And when they do, I wonder if they're finding the session useful. Are the people in the group really finding it a valuable use of their precious time? Is it helping them get to where they want to go - squiggly journey that it inevitably is? And then I get a testimonial like this, and it reminds me that it IS having the impact I am hoping it will. I believe so strongly in bringing women together and supporting them through a process of recalibration and discovery. I do not want a single woman to feel she doesn't have what it takes to have a positive impact, because what I see happening inside missions: accepted gives me ample evidence that when we come together, take the time to figure out our missions and let the Universe clearly know our plans, good stuff happens! If you are looking for your direction and would like a little help with that - we've got you! To find out what that would look like head to this link: https://lnkd.in/eQZtsdSD

Safe to say, its been a great start! Lots of engagement, interaction and new connections made already. I've had a number of comments and messages of thanks, support and positivity - its been amazing. This is why i've been tweaking and streamlining my business - to bring more communities together, to support more women in business and to be able to help more people grow their business and network. Don't you just love it when you have an idea, and a few weeks later, hey presto, its live?! This is truly inspiring, Precious! Thank you so much for creating a space like Boldly Female where women can come together to support each other and live boldly on their own terms. Your honesty about the journey, the challenges, and the beauty of figuring it out together is refreshing and empowering. 5 Key Insights for Women Start-Up Business Owners in 2025: 1. Build a Supportive Network: Just like the Boldly Female community, women entrepreneurs need to create or join networks where they can share experiences, seek advice, and support one another in business. 2. Be Bold and Authentic: Growing a business requires stepping out of your comfort zone. Be unapologetically bold in your decisions and stay true to who you are, just as this community encourages women to live life on their own terms. 3. Embrace Imperfection: Precious reminds us that no one has all the answers. As a business owner, it’s okay to learn as you go and make mistakes along the way. The key is to keep moving forward. 4. Consistency is Key: Weekly blogs and ongoing conversations in the community show the importance of consistency. Women entrepreneurs should apply the same principle in their businesses—small, consistent actions lead to big results. 5. Confidence Despite Fear: Even when faced with fear or self-doubt, taking action is crucial. Confidence isn’t about never being afraid, but about moving forward despite the fear. To all the amazing women start-up business owners—remember, you don’t have to have it all figured out to make an impact. Precious' Boldly Female community is a perfect example of how we can grow together, support each other, and succeed despite the challenges. You, too, can do the impossible and create a legacy that positively impacts your family and community for generations to come. Follow Precious' example and keep pushing forward with boldness and confidence! #NigerianBusinessWomen #WomenInBusiness #NigerianEntrepreneurs
