It’s 2024, and our industry still has work to do. Yes, we’ve grown. Yes, we’ve advanced. But have we really brought everyone to the table? Construction Inclusion Week is more than just a date on the calendar. It’s a reminder that if we want to continue growing, we need more voices. More perspectives. And more people who haven’t traditionally been included in the conversation. Because real progress doesn’t come from doing things the same way with the same people. And we know this. That’s why we’re committed to finding new ways to invite more people to our table. Because inclusion makes us stronger. As someone passionate about fostering inclusion in our industry, I’m proud to celebrate Construction Inclusion Week with everyone at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., McCarthy Holdings, Inc. and across our industry! Today’s theme is Belonging. More than just a buzzword, belonging is essential for personal and team success. Here’s 6 reasons why belonging matters: 1. Enhanced Collaboration: When we all feel valued, we’re more likely to share ideas and innovate together. 2.
