Join us as we welcome: 🤖 Prof. Dr. Rania Rayyes – A junior professor of AI and Robotics at the Karlsruhe Institute for Technology (KIT) and Innovation Campus Future Mobility (ICM). Her research interests include interactive human-robot learning, online physical robot learning, lifelong learning, and uncertainty-driven domain adaptation. 🤖 Philipp Schnattinger – With a strong background in robotics and software development, Philipp has spent the last 4 years at NODE, where he focuses on making software for mobile robots scalable. Prior to his current role, he worked at Fraunhofer IPA, where he contributed to advancing software solutions for mobile robots. 🤖 Dr. Mayumi Mohan – A Postdoctoral Researcher at the Haptic Intelligence Department of the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems. Her research focuses on minimally-supervised human-robot interaction and teleoperation, with a special interest in creating human-like gestures for socially assistive robots. 🤖 Claudius Messerschmidt – As the Domain Architect for Autonomous Manufacturing & Applied AI Technologies at TRUMPF Machine Tools, Claudius is at the forefront of integrating AI and robotics into advanced manufacturing processes. 🎤 The evening will be a unique opportunity to gain insights from these experts as they delve into the current trends, challenges, and future directions in the world of robotics. 💻 Join us on November 14, 2024, at 7 pm CET at Fraunhofer IAO in Stuttgart for an evening of knowledge sharing and networking.
