The Mission Is Not Achievable Without the Right People: Who Are We Taking to Battle in 2025? As we step into 2025, I find myself reflecting on one undeniable truth: no mission no matter how bold, ambitious, or innovative is achievable without the right people. The right people bring more than just skills; they bring passion, vision, and the courage to push boundaries. They challenge the status quo, inspire growth, and align their individual strengths to drive collective success. 2025 promises to be a year of new challenges and greater opportunities. Whether you’re scaling a business, launching a new product, disrupting an industry, or driving change in your community, one question remains critical: Who are you taking to battle? Here’s what I’ve learned about the people you need by your side: • The Visionaries: They see what others don’t and turn “what ifs” into “what next?” • The Strategists: They connect the dots and ensure every move is purposeful. • The Builders: They roll up their sleeves and bring the vision to life. • The Critics: They keep you grounded, ask tough questions, and challenge you to think better. • The Cheerleaders: They remind you of the mission when the road gets tough and celebrate every milestone. Lets not forget one last set. The Gladiators, the Apex Predators, The Alphas, The Lions and Lionesses that protect the group and ensure no turf is lost. The special ones who defy the rules and write new rules and make new ways! This year, my focus is clear to surround myself with people who elevate the mission, embrace the journey, and are unafraid of the battle ahead.
