SOLD! Wow, this listing sold in less than a week. We did not even get the chance to post this Reel! Congrats to the seller who got OVER ASKING. The market is excellent for sellers of low-rise properties in certain areas. In this case, we had a property in more or less original condition. No renos were done in decades! Our recommendation was to spend some $ to complete strategic renovations vs selling “as is”. These renos, along with staging, & using the best photo and video guys in the biz allowed us to attract over 30 showings, 25 open house guests, and a total of 9 offers in a short period of time. These decisions DIRECTLY impacted our seller’s results and that is why we sell ALL homes we list on the market while the avg GTA avg is at 50%.
