HAEDES is a living system ever changing and responsive, relational and interconnected, synergethic and diverse. Realising our essence, developing engineering soul, is why we do what we do. We form a multidirectional web of connections the reinforcers itself and the people interacting in it. When people join or leave the dynamics change. Last months Leticia Weber Oliveira, Karla Akemy B. and Raylton Bendô physically left our living system, but will remain connected. This comes with many emotions like tension, fear, sadness, worry, but also excitement, gratitude, appreciation and nostalgia. Changes, tensions and friction are not necessarily negative. We constantly adapt. We create the collective conditions that provide the needed resources and conditions for ongoing development in each of us and as a company. That’s certainly challenging and that’s OK. Thank you Leticia Weber Oliveira, Karla Akemy B. and Raylton Bendô for your unique contribution shaping the Engineering Soul.
