As a mom & founder, I need to *schedule* time to recharge. What do you say we block our calendar and journal together to de-stress this Thursday? Details to sign up below. Why put pen to paper? Because I know it works (for me) and journaling has empirically proven mental, emotional and physiological benefits: ☀ Reduces stress by helping process emotions and situations ☀ Organizes overlapping thoughts ☀ Reveals patterns of issues, emotions, triggers, coping mechanisms ☀ Welcomes your creativity ☀ Helps you identify to your deeper needs faster ☀ Improves problem-solving by helping you understand complex issues ☀ Encourages self-compassion I would love you to join me and Alison Zamora of Replenish on June 18 for a FREE Moodring Tech x Replenish Journaling Workshop. Sign up here https://lu.ma/jio63nu8 - see you there :)

Have you joined Substack yet? If you haven’t heard of it, it’s essentially an all-in-one social media platform where you can build community through blogs, newsletters, podcasts, photos, videos and Twitter-like notes for shorter content. It also offers writers the ability to make money from paid subscriptions. It’s a place where you can share your art, poetry, life philosophies, political and cultural takes, how-to guides, fashion content, and even use it as an advice column to engage with your audience. I recently joined Substack because of how many different forms of content you can share in one place. I love using social media to share the world through my eyes, but I struggle to keep up with the amount of platforms to post on for different purposes. It’s like I’ve been compartmentalizing all my different interests and dimensions, keeping them separate from one another. But these parts of myself yearn to be integrated. I have no idea how I want to brand myself yet, but for now I know I want to speak from the heart and I can figure the rest out as I go. So here is a link to one of my recent posts, and if it resonated with you, please do follow and subscribe! 🙂
