At the upcoming Ohio Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Symposium, Nov. 19-20, you will have the opportunity to gain information on a groundbreaking Social Network Analysis (SNA) survey to map the Midwest’s hydrogen ecosystem. Your insights will help visualize and strengthen connections among hydrogen-related organizations, driving the regional hydrogen economy and clean energy future. Represented at the Symposium will be the Workforce Intelligence Network (WIN), part of a Department of Energy (DOE)-funded project (Award #DE‐EE0010706) led by the University of Toledo to develop workforce training and certification programs for the hydrogen economy in northern Ohio and southern Michigan. In collaboration with universities, community colleges, and research organizations, WIN is working to identify workforce needs, training gaps, and to design programs for future skilled technicians, tradespeople, scientists, and engineers in hydrogen infrastructure. Completing the survey also ensures your inclusion in the 2025 hydrogen ecosystem map.
