You don't need HR until you NEED HR! I've had perspective clients come to me for an initial chat or even just make a connection knowing they need HR support but sometimes don't act on it in straight away. Behind the scenes they have a a number of people issues stacking up! One client approached me and then I didn't hear from them for 18 months. In between times they went through a full tribunal experience with no HR support at any point. I can't say I can wave a magic wand and fix everything within 24 hours but what I know for sure is if this particular client had acted on their gut and engaged me for HR support they most likely would not have been in a court room. I am so passionate about helping businesses solve HR issues and very complex people issues - it's my forte. In fact when most people want to run away I want to run towards the issue to tackle it head on.
