High quality and sustainable office buildings located at the core of where infrastructure (public transport & parking), amenities (such as shops, sports & leisure) and modern living concepts are coming together are becoming scarce and highly in demand of workers and employers. Employers like their workforce in the office whilst being required to reduce their ecological footprint. So buildings that are highly efficient from an energy perspective and are located on infrastructure hubs are a necessity. Workers on the other hand highly demand easy and low carbon accessibility alongside amenities at close proximity. These mixed-use locations are the future for occupiers and landlords. This is why we see very low vacancy and significant rental growth on these places.
