The #100-Day #Communication #Challenge at iTech India aims to enhance our team's proficiency through a structured habit formation journey based on the RSLW framework. This initiative includes exercises and sessions to improve reading, regular meetings for speaking practice, resources to enhance listening skills, and AI-enabled tools for writing. With 56 days completed, the journey continues uninterrupted. Our community of 48 dedicated individuals is fully engaged, and participation in each exercise has been overwhelming. Hi Freinds 😊 On March 6, 2024 I just attended a free Short Class on the Employe Recruitment Process held by MySkill.com. I attended this short class to add and strengthen my basic skills so that I can immediately get my dream career as an HR / HC. This short class was mentored by kak Fawwaz Mishbah, we learned together about the recruitment and selection process of employees in a company. The short class was very enjoyable, the mentor also provided a lot of material that was easy to understand and shared experiences while being a human capital. I got many insights from this short class, including: 1. The function and role of HR in the company's recruitment process 2. Why the recruitment process is important for the company 2. 3. How is the employee recruitment and selection process in the company 4. What tools can HR use to help the recruitment process.
