Elevating Leadership Consciousness & Building Outstanding People Experiences | At the cross roads of Leadership, Creativity, and Embodiment

Last year I took a huge leap. I left a job I once loved and am deeply grateful I had. I spent 3 months in rest mode, then started to build a new life that reflects deeper alignment with my values, energy, and purpose. Uplevelling is not an easy thing to do. I needed to collect evidence of three things before I took the leap: 1. Evidence I would be ok, that the thing I was leaping into had the capacity to catch me. For me this meant a lot of financial planning. 2. Evidence the cost of staying the same was too high. For me the cost was my health and my dreams slipping away from me, no matter how much work I put in. 3. Evidence that the Bliss of alignment was possible. For me this looked like being a space-holder for the 2023 Let Your Body Lead™️ Facilitator Training, while visiting Vancouver Island where I swam in the ocean at sunset and ate all the seafood I could. (Bliss looks like doing sacred work and filling my cup through connection with nature) Having this evidence soothed the mental anxiety of standing at the edge, but ultimately it was my body’s wisdom that guided me to jump. I am so grateful for the half-decade of inner work that I’ve done to reconnect with my body as my somatic co-pilot. Being Let Your Body Lead™️ certified was a critical step in that process. Recently Casey Berglund RYT, CPC, ELI-MP and I recorded a podcast recapping our 2023 journey and the lessons we learnt along the way. If any part of this post resonates with you I highly recommend you give it a listen.
