Ever notice how "competing priorities" seems to explain why our most important work never gets done? I had a fascinating revelation while reviewing my client's calendar recently. She's brilliant, motivated, and desperately wants a promotion. Yet when we analyzed her time allocation, we discovered something startling: Highest priority: 0 hours Lowest priority tasks: Dominating her calendar The kicker?
