FinTech exits have been pretty rare in the last 12 months but in the period 2020-2022, some companies have been able to time the market right and exit at very extraordinary high multiples: ► Nutmeg was acquired for 32x Revenues of the last 12 months; ► PensionBee IPO at £365m, or 28x Revenues last 12 months; ► Finimize and Seedrs have been both acquired at over 10x Revenues multiples; The median deal size for exit in Fintech is £365m, or 10.5x revenues last 12 months.
