Early on, it's crucial to define and streamline what truly moves the needle in your business. Upon closer examination, you'll likely find only about three to four things that directly impact business growth and revenue. These are your 'Leverage Points'. For instance, it could be building a Lead Generation Suite that consistently generates 'Quality Leads' for your business. Alternatively, it might involve designing the right customer retention offer to increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) of your customers and decrease your customer acquisition cost.
