Employees are a company's greatest asset – they're your competitive advantage. At Unire, we believe that the smartest investment a company can make is in its employees. With the intention to make a difference in the lives of our employees, both 𝐚𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐫𝐞 (with operational training) and 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐫𝐞 (with soft-skill and holistic training) we are obliged to introduce our Employee-First Growth Workshop, "𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐤." This workshop will be held every quarter, providing curated specialized training sessions to different hierarchical layers of the organization, one at a time. From mastering the fundamentals at the junior level to refining the execution at the middle level, and injecting the leadership abilities at the senior level, this initiative will focus on the organization-wide workforce evolution. The purpose of introducing this initiative is: 📍 To foster employee growth in the organization 📍 To focus on the holistic development of employees in the outside world 📍 To inject a growth mindset into the company, and 📍 To bridge inter-level knowledge gaps This initiative will also play a crucial role in fulfilling our primary organizational goal - 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. As a part of this initiative, our very first workshop of this year is going to be held this Sunday, i.e., 11th February, where we aim to empower and refine the Team Leaders and Quality Analysts of all the processes. Meet our Akeno Team 👥 For over 25 years, Andy worked in various brand and commercial corporate marketing roles, working as the strategic conduit between Marketing, HR, and Operations departments. He’s passionate about people and he always ensures that all strategic and operational activities align to, and help to improve, the culture of the business and the brand reputation. During a successful corporate career, he worked for companies such as Allied Domecq Leisure, Spirit Group, Gala Coral Group, and Buzz Leisure. Andy is now on a mission to help businesses to become more successful from the inside out. It’s about getting more of the good ‘stuff’ that lies within a business’ people; the ‘stuff’ that’s often dormant and untapped. That good ‘stuff’ is often aligned across four strategic areas: Creating a strong, compelling strategic narrative where the Purpose, Vision, Mission, Objectives and Strategies all align, and work together, to create, refresh or strengthen company culture. Equipping leaders and managers with the skills to engage, through coaching, mentoring, and/or facilitating workshops, on topics like managing for trust, or mindset change. Building, listening, and acting on, the employee voice, so employees feel involved and able to meaningfully contribute to the successes of a businesses. Creating and maintaining organisational integrity, setting the values and behaviours that stick, and ensuring the delivery of company objectives with employees that operate at their best. Andy’s known and valued for being an energetic, effective and empathetic facilitator, sound strategic thinker, and strong communicator. His focus is to now to help more businesses find and unleash the connections between what drives the business, and the people inside it who are the engine. The result being better, more consistent success for the business and customers alike, that truly engages and aligns the company and its employees. Last Friday, I had the pleasure of participating in the Kaulquappe - Build digital. All Employee event. What an experience! Kaulquappe has a tradition of bringing all employees together for a full day - four times a year! Over the years, we have refined the format with the leadership team and incorporated employee feedback after every event. While organising such events is certainly a high investment for the organisation, it proves how committed the business founders are to creating a culture of collaboration and employee involvement. What amazed me was how the team's participation in shaping the organisation's future increased from event to event. The event consists of four main blocks 1) The leadership team Markus Giera and Stefanie Schumacher Giera present an update of strategy and key business numbers 2) Teams present updates of progress in their areas since the last event 3) A workshop section in which teams elaborate solutions to ongoing challenges. This time, the topic was how to live the Kaulquappe values in working with clients 4) The event is concluded with a social event, which is always a lot of fun. Working with the Kaulquappe Team only confirms what Marshall Goldsmith once said: "If you want to be a good coach, get good clients." While it hasn't always been easy sailing, what I really enjoy about working with the Kaulquappe team at all levels of the organisation is their positive attitude and collaborative spirit. Their willingness to learn and grow is truly inspiring. #motivation #teamwork #collaboration #engagingleadership #connectedleadership Stephan Grefe Matthias Schaller Alexander Oberhäußer Jeanne-Elme Visser Ivo Seiffert Oliver Durrer

𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲: 𝐓𝐢𝐩 #11: Recognise publicly "Employee recognition is crucial to driving engagement and satisfaction across teams. When recognition becomes a regular practice, not just from leaders but also from peers, it fosters a culture of appreciation, enhances collaboration, and motivates individuals to continue performing at their best." — Harvard Business Review, The Power of Peer Recognition in Building a Positive Culture. In a remote environment, there’s a risk that employee wins may not circulate as widely and therefore not be acknowledged and celebrated as much. In Otonomee we ensure this is far from the case in many ways including: 📣 Shoutouts: On our internal comms platform Workvivo - by Zoom, all emloyees can give Shoutouts to colleagues that are visible to all. We have a very active culture around this, often seeing multiple Shoutouts posted daily from across the company. 💻 Townhalls: We use our townhalls to revisit these Shoutouts and also to celebrate other wins from the period 🏅 Recognition awards: Our quarterly Recognition awards mean that employees receive recognition for embodying our values both from peers and leaders in the presence of the leadership team 💪 Wins of the week: We utilise Workvivo to allow people to share their own successes weekly and to give each other kudos on these By being conscious in creating opportunities to recognise, we actually create more appreciation and exposure for employees. In this way we ensure that our employees’ hard work resonates throughout the company and is widely appreciated. Insights by Michelle Cogan, our Culture and Community Specialist. #RemoteCulture #CompanyValues #RemoteWork #OtonomeeInsisghts #CompanyCulture #EmployeeRecognition #EmployeeExperience

At Varna Group LLC, we understand that engaged employees are productive employees. But true engagement goes beyond paychecks and perks. Research shows, it's fueled by internal motivation, the innate desire to do something because it's personally meaningful and fulfilling. Here are 3 powerful facts about intrinsic motivation to consider: 1. It Boosts Performance: Studies show that internally motivated employees are 32% more committed, 46% more satisfied, and perform 16% better than those driven solely by external rewards. 2. It Drives Innovation & Creativity: Internally motivated individuals are more likely to think outside the box, take initiative, and contribute fresh ideas, leading to a more dynamic and innovative workplace. 3. It Reduces Turnover: Feeling valued and fulfilled in their work leads to stronger employee loyalty and retention, saving companies time and resources associated with high turnover. But how do we teach managers to tap into these internal motivators? That's where Varna Group LLC comes in! By partnering with Varna Group LLC, you can unlock the power of internal motivation in your workplace.
