These are the SAMPL guidelines for reporting hypothesis testing results. - What do you think about these guidelines? - As a (bio)statistician, what is missing to make them more thorough and to make science more reproducible? https://lnkd.in/eaXc7_uZ Reference T. Join us in exploring the future of aging—where science, innovation, and health converge! 🤝 Connect and Collaborate 4th Edition Global Longevity Federation isn’t just about presentations – it's about building connections! Network with global experts in longevity research, healthcare, and technology. Don’t miss this opportunity to collaborate and grow. Details: GLF 2025- 4th Edition Global Longevity Federation 📅 : 10-11, March, 2025 📍 : San Francisco, CA, USA and via online Website: https://lnkd.in/g8x3E_2c Scientists employed label-free quantitative mass spectrometry to comprehensively investigate the cell surface proteome across eight distinct senescence models. Their findings highlighted extensive modifications in cell mechanics and extracellular matrix remodeling during senescence. Additionally, They uncovered significant heterogeneity in the senescence surface proteome, predominantly influenced by cell type and senescence inducer. A key discovery of this study is the identification of four unique cell surface proteins with extracellular epitopes as potential senotherapeutic targets. 📢 Exciting News! 📢 I'm thrilled to share that my latest research paper, "BioMDSum: An Effective Hybrid Biomedical Multi-Document Summarization Method Based on PageRank and Longformer Encoder-Decoder," has officially been published in the IEEE Access Journal! 📚✨ 🔗 You can access the full article here: https://lnkd.in/eyxxE2WE This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the incredible teamwork and dedication of my esteemed co-authors: Salima lamsiyah, Said Alaoui Ouatik, and Christophe Schommer . 🤝👏 In this paper, we tackle the challenge of biomedical multi-document summarization. Biomedical texts are often lengthy and complex, making it difficult to generate concise yet informative summaries. To address this, we propose a hybrid summarization approach that combines extractive and abstractive techniques. By leveraging both methods, our approach produces concise and coherent summaries, achieving competitive performance compared to the latest state-of-the-art techniques. We tested our approach on benchmark biomedical datasets, including Cochrane and MS^2. Stay tuned for more exciting academic updates from our team! 💬🤓🥂🌍🔬 #Publication #Research #AcademicExcellence #JournalPublication #TextSummarization #BiomedicalTextSummarization #AcademicCommunity #ResearchPaper #LLMs #ResearchDiscovery #ResearchImpact
